• [NEW] Added support for 'Next Review Date'. Documents can now be given a 'Next Review Date' to indicate when they are likely to be changed. This allows the i2i system to then create notifications and alerts based on the proximity of these dates. If you are watching a document and its review date approaches or passes, you will receive appropriate alerts to warn you. Please contact your sales representative for more information on this feature.
• [NEW] We have added the ability to independently control who can view and who can edit documents. This allows for much more fine grained control over your editors and publishers.
• [NEW] You can now have field name aliases created for your own documents. This allows you to better match the standards documents into your own document naming conventions. If you are interested in this feature, please discuss it with your sales representative.
• [NEW] You can now have the 'drop-down' lists used during data entry set up to match any field name aliases and set to only show your own selections. This is useful if you are mapping your own internal documents onto standard records. If you are interested in this feature, please discuss it with your sales representative.
• [NEW] You will now receive notifications on watched documents if any of the watched documents' cross references are updated - even if you are not watching the cross referenced document(s). This gives you another level of notifications based on the cross references of the documents you are watching.
